What granny wants, granny gets!
I consider myself a family-oriented person. If I can help out, I will find a solution where I can assist my family & friends.
I take care of my grandma (99yrs young) three days out the week while my dad works. Each day they have a home-cooked meal from me. On some days if my granny says she has a taste for a specific food and I have the ingredients, I cook/bake it for her. Even if that means I must cancel out any previous plan/menu.
My granny is a strong woman with a love for & faith in God. She's been on her own from the time she was 12 up until the Dr said she can no longer be alone. This wasn't until she was in her late 80's or 90's. Up until then, this woman cooked and baked large amounts of homemade meals even if it wasn't a crowd of people coming over. It was always more than enough to pack up and carry out for later and the next day.
This particular day, Granny asked if I'd baked a cake. I told her, no, but been meaning to do so. I previously brought all the ingredients with the intention to bake but kept putting it off. Dinner was complete & we were waiting for my dad to arrive so we can eat, and watch a movie, then they would go home.
I quickly got up, headed to the kitchen, and begin mixing the ingredients. I was in a rush and forgot to record the process, as I usually do.😂
All I have are two images. I even forgot to take a picture after adding the frosting 😂😂😂😂. They had begun eating it as soon as it was done. That cake didn't stand a chance in this house.
Cake Time Of Death: EXPEDITIOUSLY 🤤🤤🤤😂😂😂
I did not measure all of the ingredients, I eyeballed it. 🤷🏾♀️
